About us

Ordinary creditors, organised.

We are participating private and non-institutional creditors of Market Financial Solutions Limited — among us accountants, doctors, pharmacists and other working professionals — who invested savings and family money before the firm entered administration on 25 February 2026.

Our purpose is practical: to give private creditors a collective public voice, to provide journalists and policymakers with accurate, sourced information, to help unconnected creditors find the group, and to keep an honest public record of developments that affect private claims.

Who we represent
We represent participating private and non-institutional creditors — individuals, families, family trusts and small businesses owed money by MFS Ltd or linked entities, who have joined the group.
We do not represent banks, investment banks, private-credit institutions or other institutional lenders — nor private creditors who have not authorised the group to speak for them.
We do not claim to speak for all private MFS creditors, and we never present the claims we aggregate as more than what they are: reported by participating creditors, with a stated date and method.

Governance

How decisions are made and who speaks
Steering committee

A steering committee of participating creditors coordinates the group's work. Positions published on this site are agreed by the committee; no individual member can publish high-risk material alone.

Authorised spokesperson

Mukesh Patel, Chair, is authorised to speak for the group. Other members speak on the record only by prior consent. Media enquiries: press@mfsprivatecreditors.com.

Funding & conflicts

The group is funded by contributions from participating creditors. It handles no creditor money, promises no particular recovery, and discloses any material conflict alongside the content it affects.

Our principles

Evidence first. Every material factual claim is sourced — court order, administrators' report, official register or reputable publisher — in that order of preference.
Allegations stay allegations. We attribute them ("the administrators allege…", "Bloomberg reported…") and never silently convert them into fact.
Fact and opinion are separated. Reporting, group statements and member perspectives are labelled as what they are.
Corrections with prominence. Significant corrections are displayed, not quietly edited. Write to corrections@mfsprivatecreditors.com.

Independence

This website is published by the MFS Private Creditors Group. It is not the website of Market Financial Solutions Limited, and it is independent of the company, its Joint Administrators, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Reporting Council and all institutional creditors.

We may campaign for the interests of private creditors. When we do, it is visibly labelled as the group's position — distinct from the factual record we maintain alongside it.
