An independent voice for private creditors affected by Market Financial Solutions.

The MFS Private Creditors Group brings together participating private and non-institutional creditors affected by the administration of Market Financial Solutions Limited. We publish evidence-led information and the collective views of participating creditors, and give journalists, policymakers and other stakeholders a direct route to the private creditor community.

We are independent of Market Financial Solutions, its administrators, regulators and institutional lenders. We represent participating creditors — not all private creditors — and we say so plainly.
